Request account deletion
For people with an existing LingoWing test account. Public registration is not open on this website.
- Email our official contact address from the email associated with your LingoWing account, if possible.
- Use the subject “LingoWing account deletion request” and tell us that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not include your password or verification codes.
- We will review the request and may ask you to confirm account ownership. Submission alone does not mean deletion has been completed.
The request covers your account profile and associated personal study data. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or security obligations; any relevant exceptions and the handling status will be explained when we respond. If your account was created through a private testing arrangement, mention that arrangement so we can locate the correct records.
